The purpose of this function is for communication within your team. Utilizing this feature is not necessary for balancing your books. It's strictly for communication convenience within your organization if your team has a need due to multiple users. 

Transaction status labels:

  • Not Reviewed (Gray Colored)
  • Reviewed (Green Colored)
  • Needs Discussion (Red Colored)

 

1. Select the transaction by choosing the box next to the transaction to be labeled. 

2. Select whether the transaction can be considered Reviewed, or Need Discussion. (Default is "Not Reviewed")

3. Save your selection

4. Your Expense on the Transaction page will now have a color that correlates with the selected status.
